Stacey is an incredible Pilates instructor. Her sessions have been so helpful in my long road to recovery after childbirth. Her focus on technique has built my confidence in the Pilates studio, I feel so much stronger. Each class feels like a gift to myself (nourishing my mental health and my body.) Can't recommend her enough!

I really look forward to my sessions with Stacey! I’ve never felt better. I started Pilates a couple of months ago to stay active during a bad knee injury from my usual sport. Stacey took the time to understand my limitations and build my mobility and strength back up gradually. She notices every minute detail and fixes movement patterns accordingly, guaranteeing that I get the most out of each class. Just a couple of months in, I am stronger, my knee pain is gone and my mobility is almost back to baseline. I haven’t needed to see my osteopath in 2 months! I’m so grateful for her attention to detail and her diligence. Definitely recommend! xx

Stacey knows exactly what exercises you need to achieve the best for your body. I had lots of pain in my hip and every time I played golf it exacerbated it but with Stacey's help, the pain soon went, my posture and core strength improved so I felt better than I had done in years and what's more the golf ball started going further and straighter! I can't recommend her highly enough and also she is a pleasure to be around.

Visited Stacey after finishing rehab from shoulder surgery. Having never done any Pilates at all, I was made to feel at ease straightaway. My sessions initially were for my shoulder but then these were adapted each time I visited as to what part of me needed work! The courses and training that she goes to really shows through, as her knowledge of the human body is immense. I can honestly say that if I had not visited Stacey I would have definitely needed further surgery. It's a thumbs up from me

My posture has improved so much since I started seeing Stacey. Plus any aches & pains I suffered from due to my job as a nurse have completely disappeared. She has thought me how to move & handle safer than the mandatory training we get by understanding my body better. Highly recommend.
